My Story

My journey in Physical Therapy started in 2010. I was 19 at the time looking for a second job to support myself through undergraduate school. By chance, I landed a Physical Therapy Aide position at Rothman Orthopaedic Institute in Philadelphia. After a few weeks, I knew what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. Empower people through health and wellness to live happy and make the most of their lives.

I firmly believe in the adage that health is wealth, and wealth is happiness. My unwavering commitment is to cultivate well-being in people's lives, enabling them to thrive to the fullest. This dedication has defined my entire adult life, involving not only the study but the active practice of health and wellness behaviors. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I am well-equipped to impart health knowledge and interventions to the community I serve. Recognizing the multifaceted nature of health, I've expanded my expertise by becoming a certified nutrition coach and strength and conditioning coach.

I am proud to say that so far in my career I have served people from all walks of life. I've worked with professional athletes, C-suite members of Fortune 500 companies, and provided healthcare in correctional facilities for individuals who may have lacked care their entire lives.

I've dedicated over a decade and invested hundreds of thousands of dollars to cultivate the skillset I bring to you today. Traveling nationwide for a year and a half, I trained under the best physical therapists I could find. I've chosen to invest in cutting-edge technology that larger corporations, driven by profit motives, may overlook. To me, you transcend being just a number; you're a neighbor, a fellow human playing diverse roles in your life and others'. My mission is to provide you with unmatched care, allowing you to become the best version of yourself—for your own sake, as well as for your family and friends.
